EVENTS
The celebrations of the #IAU100 is a huge event been addressed in this current year of 2019. Therefore, as a member of this international organization, Mozambique is conducting some small outreach activities mainly in Astronomy context to disseminate this broad area in the country. In the coming days, the Eduardo Mondlane University in partnership with Portuguese Universities namely: Universidade de Aveiro (UA), Universidade de Coimbra (UC), Universidade de Porto (UP) as well as the Institute of Telecommunication (IT), will jointly organize three workshops which start the implementation of the DOPPLER (Development of PALOP knowledge in Radio Astronomy) project.
